My Little Garden and the end of April

Now that I have a yard, I want to enjoy some homegrown tomatoes!!!  But I was nervous about putting in a full on garden bed so I decided to plant my tomatoes in a pot.

I also had some little helping hands who had fun playing in the dirt

My heirloom tomato plant along with some basil that I read is a good companion to tomato plants.  I really hope that my first little garden in Texas is fruitful!
