That's my boy!

 Max has now learned that he can pull the VHS and DVDs off the rack.  He loves to do it - now if only I could teach him how to put them back.

Brittany had made spaghetti for lunch and I was holding Max while trying to eat.  He, likes he always does, was grunting away because he wanted to be eating too.  So, I decided to let him try a little.  Spaghetti is my favorite food so I hoped he'd like it...

He loved it!!!!  YEAH!!!!  He did a great job.  This was his first time eating noodles or a tomato sauce.  He is really good at feeling when there is food on his mouth so if a noodle didn't make it in his mouth and was stuck on his lip, he'd notice and push it in.

I am thrilled that he likes spaghetti!  Now if only I could get him to start liking avocados...

Some things about Max lately:

• He has learned how to take his toy basketball and put it in the basketball hoop, then grab it from below the hoop and put through again.
• He loves making the "b" sound
• He will say "da"
• He is starting to try to clap by at least putting his hands together when we are showing him how to clap
• He high 5's by touching his palm to yours
• He lifts his hand to my lips for me to kiss when he's nursing.  I think it's really sweet.
