The big day finally came! Max's glasses were ready for him on 12/4/15. He was so very excited.

Video - I videoed the exact moment as Maxwell put on his glasses for the first time. I LOVED his reaction. It was so sweet and his excitement is clear. He immediately notices the difference and even though the glasses help his right eye see better, because it looks different than he's used to he thinks that eye can't see better but the eye without a prescription can.
(We know the prescription is right...he just needs to get used to it)
He was so sweet and excited during the visit that multiple people in the store were eavesdropping to hear what he was saying and commented on what a great kid he was.
I was impressed that he was able to understand and communicate well with the technician to get the glasses to fit his face better.
