We hung out at the Foote's house enjoying the morning after Thanksgiving and making sure the baby got her nap. (We did NOT hit any of the black Friday sales. No Way!)
Uncle Nathan and Emmalyn
Playing Uno
Maxwell wanted to play too
Maxwell thought the zip track was super cool
Emmalyn was never lacking for toys to play with
I was craving Crown Burger for most of my pregnancy so it was a MUST for our Utah agenda. It was delicious.
We then headed to Alex's to hang out with his family some more.
Lola was so attentive to Emmalyn
Aunt Tawny and Emmalyn
Maxwell doing play-dough with his cousins Lola and Harleigh
Taking a nap on her daddy
Maxwell was super tired too but wouldn't take a nap
Someone sure loves his niece. :)
Max playing video games with more of his cousins
The next morning we got in one more visit with the grandparents. First we went and visited my Grandma and Grandpa Blank
Grandpa (and Grandma just inside the glass door) waving goodbye. They always come out and see me off. I wish that I was able to see them more often.
After the Blank's, we went to my Grandma Nelson's
Emmalyn loved Gizmo and he loved her right back. She even let him give her kisses.
Grandma spoiled Maxwell and gave him chocolate milk made her special way - Milk with Hershey's syrup stirred in. She also gave him some cinnamon rolls. She then made me promise I would buy him both cinnamon rolls and Hershey's syrup so he could have these treats at home too. (And she is going to hold me to that promise!)
Our full day was even close to being over yet...
We went to watch Payton wrestle. I've never been to a wrestling match before and it was certainly an experience. My dad wrestled in high school and don't know how my grandma could have enjoyed going to watch him. I just didn't enjoy how physical and violent it was.

Payton (on the left) didn't win but he sure wrestled with a lot of heart
Uncle Tim and Emmalyn
We went with Peter's family to hang out just a little bit more at a local park. It was quite chilly though and Emmalyn needed a nap so I spent most of the time in the car with her.
Playing that game where you throw the ball and people try to catch it and get points. I have no idea what it's called.
Look at the mountains. How I miss seeing mountains when we are in Texas! There was very little snow. I had brought snow gear for Maxwell in hopes that he could go play in some real, great snow but we would have driven pretty far into the mountains to find some and there never was the time to do it.
I let Maxwell take pictures with my camera so he'd be entertained. He and Aja apparently found each other interesting. :)
The Millar side of the family
Harleigh and Maxwell capturing each other capturing each other...
(Pics from Maxwell's perspective)
Maxwell played a little basketball with Lola
Payton and Maxwell - he's not trying to choke him, he's giving him a hug
He went to give him a kiss goodbye. I think Maxwell caught Payton off guard. :)
Time to say goodbye and head to the airport. It always comes too soon.
Wahoo - - - Cafe Rio is now in the SLC airport so I got to enjoy it for the second time this trip!
Waiting to board. We're tired!
First class back home
The baby did great. As long as my babies are nursing, they are great flyers.
Poor Maxwell just couldn't get comfortable and all he wanted to do was sleep...I had figured he'd crash right out but it didn't work that way.
Thanks Utah for another great visit. We love seeing our family and only wish there was more time to see all of our friends too! (Thanks Shannon for coming to visit us at Alex's!)
