Photo Dump - End of September, Beginning of October 2017

The weather is still nice enough to go next door and swim at the Ray's!

Reading Harry Potter with dad

Maxwell had a field trip to Safety Town but I was on a work trip and had to miss it.  One of the mom's took pictures for me. He had to go with another class because he wasn't able to go on the day his class went (I can't remember why...I think he was sick?)

The other teacher

And since I was traveling, Mrs. Cynthia was nice enough to take a pic of Emmalyn at school and send it to me.  I sure appreciate all the support out there for our family that helps me it easier for me to be a working mom!

I had a Kraft meeting and then went to the Network of Executive Women's Leadership Summit.  Here I am with the other ladies from CROSSMARK.

At the dinner

Feeling good about how I look - rocking that pregnant glow

The Conference was in DC and since this was my first time there, I took some time to go to Arlington National Cemetery with a couple work friends and then explored more the rest of the day on my own.  I found it really empowering to just site see by myself and do whatever interested me!

JFK's Burial place

Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

Washington Monument

The only bad part of traveling alone - lots of selfies

Or you find a "safe" looking stranger and hand them your phone so they can take a picture of you

Lincoln Monument

The White House - I was surprised by how small it was.

Vietnam Memorial

Then I enjoyed a wonderful late lunch by myself!

The fun continued once I was back home.

Snuggles with Mrs Mary Ann, Mr Chris and Ozzi

We took pictures to use for our announcement about the baby

playing together!

a visit to the doctor (not sure why now... maybe flu shot?)

My tomato plants are out of control - but still growing tomatoes!

Another group shot from the conference

Happy 50th birthday Mary Ann!

We got family pictures taken for Christmas cards (it's been a long time since we've done this!).  Wanted to document our family of 4.
