The fabric on the roof of Peter's car was coming unglued so he stripped it off is going to glue new fabric on. It is a big undertaking!
Date night to another musical - A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder! We loved it! I hadn't heard about it but it was fantastic and very funny.

Oh my goodness - - - I was clipping Emmalyn's nails and I accidentally cut her skin and she bled. I've NEVER done this to either of my kids. EVER! I've always been so careful (and 99.9% I'm the only one to cut their nails). I felt so awful. :(

Brittany surprised me and took me to lunch (with my favorite Emmalyn) at a restaurant of my choice. I chose a Mediterranean since it's the type of food Peter would never want to go to and I knew Britt would like it (she did).

We had ladies' book club tonight so I got to be around friends too.
I was spoiled not just by my family but by my friends as well. My friend Melissa sent me some yummy warm cookies, my friend Katherine who has been my walking buddy got me flowers, a balloon, a bottle of wine chosen specially for me, and a card. I sure felt loved. It was a great birthday!
Wife, Mom, and Career Woman. Trying to succeed at all three. Enjoy cruising, time with friends and family, and sleeping. Busy life doesn't leave time for as much fun as in the past but that's okay, it's still a good life.
