I am really trying to make a dent in how far I am behind on my blogging. Until it hits me...I just finished blogging August and I didn't blog anything about Peter's birthday. I know I took pics on Peter's birthday, so where are those pics? Upon reviewing my cameras I realize that I have failed to download pics off my nice but bulky camera since early JULY!!!!
So frustrating!
So now I have a bunch of pics that I want to blog but they aren't going to be included in the blogs they should have been. Grrrrr

All the construction in the neighborhood means food trucks come every day to feed the construction workers. We have enjoyed a few of them and had some really great, cheap, Mexican food. It's a good thing I'm not usually home during the day or I might just make this my lunch every day. (Although it's a little uncomfortable being this white girl among all the Mexican workers and praying that the person taking my order will speak enough English for me to ask for a recommendation.) I've tried to get some of my neighbors to partake but they think I'm crazy. It will just be mine and Brittany's secret, then. :)

My awesome Brittany, who cooks such awesome food. I am so lucky to have her living with us for many reasons but one of the best is to enjoy her awesome cooking. I'm spoiled.
