The stroller had Max's face at just the wrong height. Most of the time he couldn't really see. It was back and forth between us holding him so he could see and then getting tired of him trying to wiggle free so back in the stroller he went.
Caleb was so attentive to Maxwell. It was very sweet. Caleb is such a good kid.
Daddy, Maxwell, and his drool stain. I promise it doesn't show up this much in person. The flash on my camera makes it worse.
Looking at the bear.
There's a couple of blue parrots behind us.
Max was the center of attention. Caleb and Peter were both watching him. I love Caleb's face in this.
There's a roadrunner in the upper right corner of the picture. He kept running back and forth and Max was CRACKING UP at him.
A few times we let Max walk but not for long. There were just too many people and he's still a little wobbly when he's wearing shoes and walking around outside on different surfaces. He sure was cute to watch though. Got lots of smiles from strangers. How can you not smile as a cute little boy toddles around?
Watching the turtles
Everyone- Jay, Caleb, Chad, Max, Peter and I
It was a great zoo. We will certainly go back again! (I only wish it wasn't 1 hour away...)
